Wide and shallow rather than tall, the Moretti Porcelain Cup is built with a cappuccino or short black in mind, and its earthy brown reactive glaze means the patina on your cup won't repeat exactly on the next one off the shelf. Heat reacts with that glaze differently during firing, giving each piece its own one-off character rather than a flat, repeated finish. It's fully vitrified, which means it can go straight into the microwave for reheating without any concern, and the body itself is dense enough to survive a full shift behind a busy café counter. Only the printed logo needs care, since pad print doesn't take kindly to a dishwasher, so hand washing is the one step that keeps branding from fading over time.
Reactive Glaze Variance. The glaze on each Moretti Porcelain Cup reacts individually during firing, so colour hue, patina pattern and finish will vary slightly from cup to cup. This is a natural feature of the production process, not a defect, and gives every piece its own one-off character.
