The Ivory Cappuccino Cup is manufactured by Duraceram, a name that's built its reputation in commercial kitchens on crockery that survives the daily grind of hospitality service. Finished in a clean, warm ivory tone, its rounded bowl shape is sized for a cappuccino or flat white rather than a shorter espresso pour. Full vitrification gives the porcelain its strength, resisting the chips and cracks that come from constant handling behind a busy counter, while the smooth ivory surface leaves plenty of room for pad printed branding. Since that print doesn't hold up under dishwasher heat, hand washing is recommended to protect the logo, even though the cup itself is otherwise built for commercial rotation. At 240ml, it holds a generous cappuccino with room for a good amount of froth.
