The 45mm size gives designs a noticeable presence while staying wearable. Enamel colours are filled by hand and baked, giving a smooth and lasting finish. Custom shaping follows the classic shield form, adding a recognisable touch. Available in nickel, black nickel, or copper plating, they keep colours clear and well defined with raised metal sections separating each area neatly.

Technical Details
A great alternative to Cloisonne, these lapel pins are die struck and then the different sections are individually filled by hand with enamel colours and baked. They can be plated in gold, silver, bronze plus the option of raised metal surfaces. You get superb colours and are ideal for simplistic designs and for designs that require clear color separation
