They are manufactured from food-grade polypropylene and offer a healthy way to cook vegetables. To use, simply add water to the bottom of the bowl and pop it in the microwave. The vent on the lid releases steam when it's open and the trays are easy to lift for serving. The containers are BPA-free, microwave and dishwasher-safe, and can be ordered in larger quantities.
