A heavy, weighted sham base keeps it stable on trays, and the glass is dishwasher safe, made from high-brilliance clear glass that resists clouding through commercial washing. Libbey's DuraTuff® treatment strengthens the rim against thermal and mechanical shock, and it's well suited to fire department and civic group fundraiser glassware carrying a printed crest.
Libbey DuraTuff®. This glass is treated with Libbey's DuraTuff® process, which strengthens the upper portion of the glass and increases its resistance to both thermal and mechanical shock. In practice that means fewer breakages from sudden temperature changes or the daily knocks of commercial handling.
