A chipped rim can be replaced or refunded once returned to the dealer, though the foot and general breakages fall outside the cover. As the guarantee applies to the glass rather than the print, replacements are supplied unbranded and rebranding is a separate cost.

printed, then cured in a low fire oven. It's not dishwasher safe, so
