Packaging
To minimise breakages, these hi ball glasses are only sold in case multiples of 24.

Freight
On our glassware we insure the freight for you so you are covered for any breakages. We reserve the right on breakages to either refund for the broken glassware or rerun the broken items. Final decision on this remains with us. Breakages must be claimed within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
